TradePilot Terms of Service
These terms apply when you purchase or use TradePilot digital products or TradePilot Membership. Product information and the terms shown at checkout also form part of your purchase.
Digital resources
TradePilot resources are general business tools for tradespeople. They are not legal, tax, accounting, health and safety, technical or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for checking and adapting a resource before using it in your business.
Licence
Unless stated otherwise, purchased resources are licensed for use within your own business. You may edit them and use completed documents with your own customers. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, republish or repackage the original resources as competing template products.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. One-off resources are charged once. TradePilot Membership is £19.99 per month and renews monthly until cancelled.
Digital delivery
Digital files are supplied electronically after successful payment. Before immediate supply starts, customers must expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that they will lose their 14-day right to cancel the supplied digital content once supply begins.
Membership
Membership provides the current TradePilot vault plus resources added while membership remains active. The library may evolve as resources are improved, added or retired. Cancelling membership stops future renewal charges after the current paid period, subject to applicable law.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
