What is TradePilot?
TradePilot is a digital resource business built for people in the trades. It combines practical templates, spreadsheets, calculators, customer messages and business tools in one organised vault.
Can I buy one resource without joining?
Yes. You can buy individual TradePilot resources as one-off digital downloads, or choose TradePilot Membership for the complete launch vault.
How much is membership?
TradePilot Membership is £19.99 per month, billed monthly until cancelled.
What is included at launch?
The launch vault contains 19 practical resources covering quoting, pricing, invoicing, job admin, customer communication, marketing, cash flow, expenses, business planning and more.
Are the files editable?
Yes. Spreadsheet tools are supplied as .xlsx files and document templates as .docx files so you can adapt them to your own business.
What software do I need?
You need software capable of opening .xlsx and .docx files, such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word or compatible applications. Formatting and features can vary between applications.
How do I receive the files?
After a successful purchase, the relevant digital download is delivered electronically through Shopify's digital-delivery system. Membership customers receive the complete member vault pack.
Can I cancel membership?
Yes. The membership renews monthly until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal charges in line with the Subscription Terms and applicable law.
Will more resources be added?
TradePilot is intended to grow with useful new resources over time. The exact library may change as resources are added, improved or retired.
Can I share or resell the files?
No. Your purchase includes a licence to use and edit the resources for your own business. The original files must not be resold, publicly redistributed or shared with unrelated businesses.
Is this legal, tax or accounting advice?
No. TradePilot resources are practical business tools and templates, not legal, tax, accounting, health and safety or other regulated professional advice.
