TradePilot supplies downloadable business resources through one-off purchases and a recurring digital membership. Nothing in the resource vault is a physical product.
File formats and compatibility
Resources are supplied in common editable formats. Spreadsheet tools use .xlsx files and document templates use .docx files. You need software capable of opening those formats, such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word or a compatible application. Features and formatting can vary between third-party applications.
TradePilot resources are supplied in English. The file type is shown on the resource page before purchase.
Editing the resources
Make a copy before making major changes and adapt each resource to your own trade, business and customers. Spreadsheet formulas are designed around the editable input cells shown in the workbook.
Professional advice
TradePilot resources are general business tools. They are not legal, tax, accounting, health and safety, technical or other professional advice. You are responsible for checking that a resource is suitable before using it.
AI-assisted resources
Where a resource includes prompts or AI workflows, review any generated output before using it with customers. AI-generated output can contain mistakes.
Delivery
After a successful purchase, eligible digital files are delivered electronically through Shopify's digital-delivery system. TradePilot Membership is £19.99 per month and includes the current member vault.
