TradePilot sells digital downloads and a recurring digital membership. No physical goods are shipped.
If there is a problem with a file
If a file is missing, corrupted, inaccessible or materially different from its description, email amellis00@icloud.com with your order number so the issue can be investigated and an appropriate remedy provided.
Immediate digital supply and the 14-day cancellation right
Before an instant digital download or member vault is supplied, TradePilot asks you to expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day right to cancel that supplied digital content once supply begins.
If that express consent and acknowledgement is not obtained, the digital content should not be supplied during the cancellation period.
Nothing on this page limits any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer law. Where a refund, repair, replacement or other remedy is legally required because digital content is faulty or misdescribed, TradePilot will provide the applicable remedy.
Membership cancellation
Cancelling TradePilot Membership stops future renewal charges after the current paid period, subject to applicable law and the Subscription Terms.
